RTL Export for Confluence

Terms of use

Draft of 23 October 2026.

RTL Export for Confluence ("the app") is provided by Bilal Baniminah ("we" or "us"), an independent developer, under the Atlassian Marketplace's standard end user agreement, the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, version 1.0, together with the provider-specific terms below. Where they differ, the provider-specific terms apply.

Provider-specific terms

Provider and notices

The provider is Bilal Baniminah. Notices under the agreement go to [email protected].

Support

Our support policy is the Support page: support by email in English and Arabic, with a first reply within one business day. No service level agreement (SLA) applies.

Your content

The app reads Confluence content with the permissions of the person exporting, builds each export in that person's browser, and stores only your site's export defaults, in Atlassian's storage for your site. We receive no copy of your content. The privacy policy describes the data we do receive and how we handle it.

Platform limits

The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform, which limits how long each of the app's requests can run, how much data it can return and how often apps can call Confluence (see Atlassian's platform quotas and limits). Because of these limits:

Atlassian sets these limits and can change them.

Subscriptions and licences

The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles subscriptions, trials, renewals, payments and refunds under its own terms and licensing policies, and nothing on this page changes them. Without an active licence, for example when a trial or subscription has ended, the print view keeps working, and Download Word and Download PDF are turned off.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and its date.
